Poem Summary Post

In Robert Frost's poem "The Road Not Taken" the protagonist in this poem is in his middle life. He is stuck between an important descision that will ultimatley change his life forever. When he finaly choses between two paths that are both wanting wear he wishes that he had a more vigorous life. That's what the poem is about.
This poem shows that meaning because of the meaning of the words. In stanza 1, line 1 and 2 say " To roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both." This proves that a man is stuck between two hard choices. He needs to chose one. In stanza 2 line 3, it says " Because it was grassy and wanted wear" This means the roads were both wanting wear. In stanza 3 line 5 it clearly states that " I doubted if I should come back." This all means that he had some remorse of what choice he chose. In the final stanza line 5 it says " And that has made all the difference." This means that descision changed his life forever.
This protaganists that made a choice between two and had remorse connects with teenagers because that's what they will go through. In life somethimes they have to make hard choices that will affect them greatly. Sometimes their choices are wrong. And teens relize that as they grow older. Then they start to feel remorse.
